AI Coloring Studio Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AI Coloring Studio mobile application and the online studio at app.aicoloring.studio (together, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Service

AI Coloring Studio is a creative coloring, printable line-art, and mindful drawing studio intended for adults. The Service provides drawing tools, curated template collections, local saves, exports, and AI-powered features such as prompt-to-coloring-page generation, Photo to Line Art, and Smart Colorize where available.

2. Age and Audience

The Service is intended only for users who are 18 years of age or older. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18. The Service is not child-directed, is not submitted as a Families app, and minors may not access or use the Service.

3. Free Features, Subscriptions, and Credit Packs

Drawing tools, templates, saves, and exports may be available for free. AI features may require free generation allowance, subscription credits, or credit packs. Paid plans may include Lite, Plus, Studio, or similarly named offerings shown in the app. Store prices, trial availability, renewal terms, and regional availability are shown before purchase.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through Google Play or the App Store.
• Credit packs are one-time purchases and are used for eligible AI actions.
• Refunds are handled by Google Play or the App Store under their policies.
• We may adjust plan names, credit amounts, providers, models, and feature costs as the Service evolves.

4. Anonymous Account and Purchases

The Service may create an anonymous Firebase UID to synchronize purchase state, credit balances, free-generation counters, reports, and deletion requests. You are responsible for safeguarding the device and store account used to purchase subscriptions or credits.

5. AI Content Generation

• AI output may be imperfect, surprising, or not match your prompt exactly.
• Prompts and photos submitted to AI features are screened for unsafe content before generation.
• You may not use the Service to generate sexual, hateful, violent, illegal, infringing, self-harm, weapon, drug, harassment, or otherwise harmful content.
• You can report inappropriate AI outputs in the app; we review reports and may adjust filters or providers.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of drawings, prompts, photos, and creations you make with the Service. You grant us the limited rights needed to process content you submit to AI features, return results, operate the Service, review reports, and comply with law. The Service is intended for personal, non-commercial creative use unless we separately grant permission.

7. Prohibited Use

• Do not bypass safety filters, paywalls, credit limits, or technical protections.
• Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.
• Do not use generated output to harass, deceive, exploit, or harm others.
• Do not reverse engineer, scrape, resell, sublicense, or overload the Service.

8. Changes to the Service

We may add, remove, or modify tools, templates, plans, pricing, AI providers, model choices, safety filters, and credit costs. We will give reasonable notice for material changes that affect active paid subscriptions where required.

9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for direct damages is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
